Wireless Communications

The TrackCon System is designed to operate with minimal Wireless network coverage.

Each mobile computer client has a local (streamlined) copy of the TrackCon database and synchronizes with the main TrackCon database whenever the mobile computer is in communications range.

The mobile computer sends details on all the actions that have been performed on it while out of range and it receives all the database updates that have occured since it was last in range.

The mobile computer has visual indicators on how long the device has been out of range and a count of how many actions are queues waiting for upload to the server.

The TrackCon Data Server applicatin manages all the communication with the mobile devices and also displays connection status of each device.

This design means that a TrackCon system does not require to be always connected and allows a few Wireless Access Points to be installed at key locations.

Inventory and Quality Management Application

The TrackCon IQ application gives you complete control over your Inventory and QC Process. Using the Cast-A-Code RFID Tag to uniquely identify Products, TrackCon IQ lets you track the state of your entire inventory.

TrackCon IQ has a modular architecture that allows you to purchaase only the modules you need now and add on new functionality later as it is required.
